Massage Therapy prepares you for licensed practice in Illinois: anatomy and physiology, massage theory and technique, and supervised hands-on practice across 600 clock hours.
The program prepares you to sit the MBLEx — the Massage & Bodywork Licensing Examination — which Illinois requires for massage licensure. Massage therapists work in spas, wellness clinics, chiropractic and sports settings, and private practice.
Completion of a program does not guarantee employment or licensure. Placement is not guaranteed. State examination, application, and licensing fees are paid by the student. Tuition and enrollment requirements are provided by Admissions.
